What you'll do
- Design multi account AWS foundations: networking, identity and security baselines
- Sequence migration and modernization roadmaps clients can actually fund
- Set our infrastructure as code and CI/CD standards across engagements
- Pair with and mentor engineers on delivery pods
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in platform or cloud engineering, 5+ of them hands on with AWS
- Production depth in Terraform, Kubernetes and Linux
- Comfortable presenting a recommendation to a skeptical CTO
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional preferred, not required
Lead Security Consultant
About the role
Own security engagements from first assessment through the implementation that follows, including the parts clients would rather defer.
What you'll do
- Run posture and readiness assessments against SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA
- Design identity, access and zero trust architectures
- Facilitate incident response readiness and tabletop exercises
- Coach client security teams toward metrics they can defend
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in security consulting or a senior in house security role
- CISSP, CCSP or equivalent depth
- Hands on with modern IAM and endpoint tooling (Okta, Entra ID, CrowdStrike or peers)

What you'll do
- Design lakehouse and warehouse architectures on Databricks or Snowflake
- Build batch and streaming pipelines that survive schema drift and bad upstream data
